I've worn many hats over the years –– midwife, doula, teacher, advocate, patient care coordinator. For over fifteen years, I've guided hundreds of clients across a variety of thresholds, from conscious conception, the journey of birth, the rocky terrain of peri-menopause and the realm of post-menopause and elderhood. I'm now transitioning to a career in mental health and look forward to broadening the support I offer to individuals in moments of transition.
